You’ll know who’s coming
A message lands the night before, naming the cleaners who’ll be at your door, the window they’re booked into, the checklist they’ll follow, and the access arrangement you’ve agreed with us. We think that’s the part that actually matters when you’re handing over a key — not a promise about the crew, but knowing in advance exactly who turns up and what they’re going to do.
What we don’t do
We’d rather say this up front than at your door.
- Windows from the inside only; outside glass above the ground floor isn’t ours.
- No climbing above the second rung — anything higher gets an extension duster.
- Mold we don’t treat. Surface discolouration we can fade; anything structural needs a specialist.
- No genuine leather furniture. We do clean upholstery, carpets and rugs.
- No heavy trash, large furniture, or fragile items like crystal and antique décor.

A Washington-registered business — licensed, bonded and insured, with the state workers' compensation account kept current.
Nobody joins unchecked
Nobody joins the team without a background check first.
Ten days shadowing
New cleaners spend ten days shadowing a supervisor before their first solo visit.

Pricing note
We bill by the hour. A deep clean or a move-out costs more per hour than a regular visit, because it's slower, harder work. What decides the hours is floor area, the count of bathrooms, pets in the house, and the size of the household. Minimum booking is 3 hours for a first visit; once you're on a recurring plan here, we can do 2.5.

Common Questions
Can you clean while I'm out?
Routinely. Plenty of clients leave a key or a code — just say which when you book.
Can you keep up with the mud and the pet hair?
That's most of what we do here. A recurring visit holds the entryway and the high-traffic floors; a deep clean once or twice a year resets the rest.
What happens if my cleaner is sick?
We move your visit to the next day rather than rushing someone else in — and we add an oven or fridge interior clean on us for the trouble.
Do you work Saturdays?
Yes. We can also take urgent bookings when there's room in the schedule; those carry a small surcharge, and we'll tell you what it is when you ask.
What language do you work in?
English and Russian.
What if I need to move a visit?
Let us know 48 hours ahead and we'll reschedule, no charge. Shorter notice than that and we'll still move it — the first time, at no cost.
