The downtown condo
Compact and deceptive. It looks fine until you check the shower screen and the window tracks, and those are exactly the surfaces a quick tidy never reaches.
The house up the hill
Somerset, Newport, Bridle Trails. Three bathrooms and a floor plan that takes half a day — and it's the bathroom count, not the bedroom count, that decides how long.
The date that won't move
A lease ends or a sale closes and the handover is already in the calendar. The clean has to fit that date rather than the other way round.

Hosting decided at short notice. When the schedule has room we can take an urgent booking, and you'll know the surcharge before you agree to it.
Cleaning built around the home, not around a routine
We don’t run one routine and stretch it to fit. What we quote for a place near Bellevue Square and what we quote for a house on the hill are different jobs, and we’d rather say so than average it out.

Who’s coming, and how they get in
The day before your clean we send you who’s on your job, the booked time, the checklist they’ll work from, and — the part that matters more here than in most places — how they’re getting through the door. Half our Bellevue visits involve a front desk, a fob or a garage code, and none of that should be improvised on the morning.
What we don’t do
Worth knowing before you book, especially in a tower.
- No exterior window glass above the ground floor. In a high-rise that’s the building’s contract, not ours.
- Nothing above a two-step ladder — high surfaces get an extension duster.
- We don’t remove heavy trash, bulky items or large furniture.
- No fragile or delicate pieces: crystal, collectibles, antique décor.
- Mold isn’t something we treat. A visible mark can be lightened, nothing structural.

Washington-registered and licensed, bonded, insured. The state workers' compensation account is active, not lapsed.
Background-checked
Every cleaner is checked before they ever step into a client's home.
Ten supervised days
New cleaners work alongside a supervisor for ten days before their first visit on their own.
The same checklist every time
The room-by-room list doesn't change from cleaner to cleaner, so the standard doesn't depend on who's on shift.

Pricing note
Everything is billed by the hour, and a deep clean or a move-out runs at a steeper hourly rate than a routine visit. The hours follow floor area, bathroom count, pets and household size — which is why a Somerset house and a downtown apartment end up in very different places. Minimum booking is 3 hours.

Common Questions
Do you clean condos with a concierge or key fob?
Regularly — it's the most common way we work downtown. Tell us the access arrangement when you book and we'll set it up with the desk, including elevator or service-entrance rules if the building has them.
What if nobody's home?
That's the norm here. A key, a fob or a code does it — we agree which of those at booking.
Do you do recurring weekly or biweekly cleaning?
Yes, and most Bellevue clients end up there. A maintained home takes fewer hours per visit, so recurring visits cost less than one-offs — not because of a discount, but because there's less to do. The price settles after your second visit, once the hours are predictable.
Can I reschedule?
Yes. Give us two days and there’s no charge. If something comes up last-minute, the first time is free.
Do you clean the windows?
Interior glass, yes — including sills and frames as an add-on. Exterior glass above the ground floor, no.
Do you bring supplies?
Yes — everything from the machines down to the cloths. Prefer we use what you already have? Leave it out and we will.
