The day before, you’ll get the cleaners’ names, the slot, the checklist they’ll follow, and what they need for access. Nothing about the visit should be a question mark while you’re sitting in a meeting.
What we don’t do
Especially worth reading before a move-out.
- We don’t haul away heavy trash, bulky items or furniture. A move-out clean assumes the place is empty; if it isn’t, tell us in advance and we’ll plan around it.
- Outside glass we do at ground level only, and nothing that needs more than a two-step ladder.
- Mold we don’t remediate — a visible mark can be lightened, but not what sits behind it.
- Delicate pieces we don’t touch: crystal, collectibles, antique décor.
- Appliances get moved or slid only where it’s safe to do so.

Common Questions
Can you clean the day before my walkthrough?
Usually, if you give us the date early. Saturdays are working days for us, and we can take urgent bookings when the schedule allows — those cost a little more, and we’ll say how much up front. The tighter the deadline, the sooner we need to know.
Do you clean inside the oven and fridge?
Yes — they're add-ons rather than part of the standard clean, and for a move-out they're almost always worth adding. We'll list them separately in the quote.
Do I need to have anything ready?
No — we bring all of it, and we don't ask you to stock anything. If you'd prefer we use your own products, leave them out and we will.
How often should I book a recurring clean?
Most Redmond clients land on weekly or every other week, plus a deeper reset twice a year. Homes that are kept up need fewer hours, so a plan works out cheaper per visit than calling us in twice a year — that's arithmetic, not a discount. From your third visit the price is fixed.
What if I need to reschedule?
Two days' notice and the move is free. A late change is waived the first time it happens.
