Before you hand over the key

So the evening before, the names of the cleaners coming reach you, along with their booked time, the running order they’ll work to, and how they’re getting in. How long does a cleaning take?
A one-bedroom condo near Moss Bay is usually a single short visit. A full house up in Finn Hill with two or three bathrooms runs longer, and a first deep clean longer still. The quote tells you how long, not just how much.
Does someone need to let you in?
No, and most people aren’t there. A key, a lockbox or a building code does the job — tell us which when you book.
What's actually included in a recurring visit?
Everyday upkeep: dusting, floors, kitchen surfaces, bathrooms, tidying the shared rooms. Tell us your priorities and we'll put the hours there first. We turn up with everything needed — products, machines, cloths. If you'd rather we used yours, leave them out and we will.
Does the price change from visit to visit?
Not once you're settled. For recurring clients it's fixed from the third visit on, once the hours stop moving.
Can I move a booking?
Yes — with 48 hours' notice, no charge. Life happening with no warning is forgiven once.
Do you work weekends?
Saturdays, yes. When the schedule has room we'll take urgent bookings too — there's a surcharge for those, and you'll know it before you agree.
