Who’s at the door tomorrow
Handing a house key to a cleaning company is a real decision, and we try to make it an easy one. The evening before your visit, a note goes out naming the cleaners coming to you, the slot they’re booked into, the checklist they’ll work through, and what they’ll need to get in. It’s a small thing that changes the feel of the whole arrangement: you open the message and already know how tomorrow goes.

- We don’t move heavy furniture. We’ll clean under and behind anything raised that we can safely reach.

- Mold isn’t ours to treat. The surface stain can be faded; the wall behind it is somebody else’s job.
- No genuine leather furniture. Upholstery, carpets and rugs we do handle.
- Glass gets done from indoors; anything above the ground floor outside we leave alone, and no ladder taller than two steps.

Regular or deep — which do I actually need?
If the house has been kept up, a recurring visit holds it. If it's been a while, or if you're coming out of a wet winter, start with a deep clean and then keep it with a regular plan. First visits are often deep cleans for exactly this reason.
How long does a first visit take on a Plateau house?
Longer than you'd think from the room count — four bathrooms take more out of the day than a fifth bedroom does. The quote carries a time estimate with it, so the schedule isn't a surprise either.
Does the price stay the same every time?
Once you're on a recurring plan, we fix it after the second visit — by then we know how long your house actually takes. Before that we charge the hours the job needs.
Do I have to be there?
Not at all. Most recurring clients leave a key or a gate code, and we set that up with you when you book.
What about pollen, mud and pet hair?
It's the standing job on the Plateau. Entryways, mudrooms and stair carpet take the worst of it, so we put the hours there first and let you redirect them if something else needs attention that week.
What if something comes up?
Give us 48 hours' notice and we'll move the visit at no charge. Less warning than that? Your first late change is free.
