Most people open the cabinet under the kitchen sink a dozen times a week and never see its floor. It is usually full of bottles of cleaning products. During a deep cleaning in a Bothell home, the cleaner emptied that cabinet to wipe it out, and the white panel underneath was not white anymore.

What was there
The photo shows it clearly. Gray-black speckling ran along the edges of the panel and pooled in the corners. A darker streak ran down the middle, with blotches above it. Lint and loose hairs had stuck in the patches. Nothing about it would show with the cabinet door open and the bottles in place.
That shape of staining says something about the cause. Dark spots like these need moisture that keeps coming back, and under a sink the usual source is a slow drip from the trap or a supply line, small enough that nobody notices a puddle.
How it was cleaned
Everything came out of the cabinet first, so the whole panel and the side walls could be seen. The stained areas were treated with an anti-mildew product and given time to work, then washed, including around the screw heads and along the edge where the panel meets the cabinet wall, where residue tends to stay. The panel was wiped completely dry, and the cabinet doors were left open to air out before anything went back in.

The panel came back to plain white, with no damp smell left in the cabinet.
The part that is not cleaning
Cleaning removes the spots. It does not stop the water. So before leaving, the cleaner showed the homeowner the spot and suggested checking the trap and connections under the sink for a leak. If the source is not fixed, the spots will come back in the same place.
This is a normal part of a JenyClean deep clean. Cleaners work from room-by-room checklists, and cabinet interiors were part of this deep clean for a reason: they are where problems stay hidden. When something turns up that needs a plumber rather than a cleaner, the homeowner hears about it on the day.
